At the heart of the Hills Wildlife Sanctuary is our team of selfless, committed and incredibly hard working volunteers. We are always on the look out for new volunteers to join the team. Volunteer positions include;

 

• Zoo Keeping  - Qualified (and studying) keepers to help care for our resident animals as well as animals undergoing rehabilitation. 
   

• Veterinary - Vets, vet nurses and vet students interested in lending their skills to helping wildlife in need. 
   

• Trades -  Qualified tradespeople (or anyone who is skillful in this space) who are willing to donate their time and expertise to developing the sanctuary. We are always on the look out for builders/carpenters, electricians, plumbers and anyone with general trade experience. 
   

• Landscaping and Horticulture - With expansive native gardens and animal habitats, both professional and amateur gardeners/landscapers are always welcome to lend a hand both maintaining existing gardens as well as bringing new visions to life. 
   

• Corporate Team Bonding Days - Looking to get your team out of the office and support native wildlife? There are a range of opportunities for businesses and teams to roll up their sleeves and sponsor specific projects.
